I chose to work for TenderHearted because when I interviewed with them, I felt like they were a sincere company. I like the communication. They are very hands on with it. They send us different notices and things we need. I have already gotten letters and cards from them about how well I am doing. I can call them whenever I need something. I can also text them and they get back to me in a timely manner.
